OWNERSHIP If you / your company / your organization want to realize your (based on new ideas or based on new technology) company or you want to realize our current economical sector business plans with our us in your region and we believe in your plans, we have a rare (but we think good) system. We realize the business with you, taking care of all the things you don’t want to take care of, supporting the business with our Support Units and our National Units (for huge instant export).
We support heavily, both in realization process and in operation. The general management will introduce you by the Support Units (Auditing Unit, Capital Unit, Communication Unit, Location Unit, ICT Unit, HR Unit) and will work on the chance of world wide spreading of your products/services by the realizing of the National Units.
What about the ownership of these new businesses? The answer to this (literally) one million dollar question is clear and simple: the ownership of these businesses will be by us and we don’t discuss other ownerships balances (we call this the deal basis), we’re very straight in this issue.
Not for greed, just for one simple and important reason: combined ownership is just purchasing instant management weakness. Somebody must decide, have the final vote, take the final responsibility. Decision power (in head wind, side wind and back wind) is what makes companies healthy or powerless. We don’t believe in creating powerless (steering less or diffuse steered) companies: they are weak in themselves and will not conquer the market by this internal atmosphere. Clearness in decision structures concerning the larger management issues gives companies power to act and perform.
We’re acting as normal passive, yet alert, always able of being active shareholders. Our attitude in this matter gives the third capital partners a huge extra security layer they really like. In return for this: we don’t sell the stocks of our companies (we build industries, we don’t trade them). We’re definitely not a hedge fund type of investor: we want to create good businesses based on advanced technology and role them out in as many countries as economical possible.
But of course we have a good earn-out system for people / companies / organizations who works with us. Ownership says nothing about sharing results.
