POSITIONS

What is our position on development? We search for new opportunities create by actual developments. For our developers the words of Einstein ‘imagination is more important than knowledge’ are a daily life motto. Our developers are information junkies with a high capability in combining developments into new developments. These guys are our inventors, complete disorientated, not social not very capable, but very gifted in terms of knowledge and imagination. When they find one, they develop a business concept and publish it and go into communication with the concerned businesses.

What is our position on knowledge? We listen to the feedback we get from the market and parties like stakeholders and financials on each new business model we have developed. We listen to them, we respect their knowledge, we wave their knowledge seriously into our developments. Definitively not hard 1 on 1, but we blend it with our overall knowledge and experience. This combination (or call it blending) of both internal and external knowledge makes the by us developed business concepts strong.

What is our position on cooperation and sharing with third parties? We’re definitely not afraid of sharing and cooperation our knowledge and facilities with third parties that contribute to technologies, markets or business models. Sharing and cooperation are the multipliers of success and foot print. For us and for them. Especially for large corporations we’re attractive: they know that they’ll never have in-house the intense development vibe that’s so specific on Indus. Large corporations employs in general a different type ‘more middle of the road’ kind of people, that are unable to push borders and make new frontiers, but on the other hand, these kind of people are splendid in exploring and tuning the new conquered fields.

What is our position on business risks? Being frontrunners is both attractive and risk full the same time. Nobody likes risks, risks are always and everywhere a serious treat for continuity. We eliminate the risks by the combined internal and external knowledge concept and by very conservative operational and financial business policies. Costs and investments we see as very delicate to address issues. Examples of this in every day real life? All the businesses we create are funded/financed by more than one party. All businesses we create needs very low till no marketing expenses: the cutting edge position of our businesses gives them a lot of media exposure just by their nature.

What is our position on business volume? We choose for volume, but we’re not addicted to it. Of course we like that our businesses will have impact, but sometimes impact is not only volume, sometimes small businesses are able to play a crucial role in economical processes. Our DNA Indus and Bee Indus companies are examples of this. We like to make businesses that have impact, or in volume, or in doing just the right thing concerning some actual issue. And of course because we think global each by us developed and practiced business model (even the smallest) has a certain volume, because we try to roll out them everywhere the business is needed (is a market for).

What is our position of EFE (Environmental Friendly Enterprising)? We see this in wider perspective. People, planet, profit and performance. Our businesses needs to address those four. We’re not alternative people. We are just well thinking, not everything for granted taking mainstream people, trying to contribute to those four by doing what we’re in good in: creating actual new types of industries.
