We think that’s knowing by practice that in business world sharing is equal to multiplying. Almost every deal we made is based on the sharing principle. This is not a generosity issue, but an hard and smart business principle for us, as hard and smart as avoiding risks that can be avoid is for us. When the business model is open for sharing profits, it’s interesting for third parties to get involved and they to will empowering a business. More horses that pull the case. Nobody serves with pleasure fully selfish focused people and businesses, only in exchange of a high price. Openness for sharing realized revenues with the stakeholders gives power and ambiance. It opens much more access to capital markets. It gives hard working and clever/better performing management and employees.
An other secret of Indus Corporation is maybe openness for cooperation with third parties. For example by the launching customer concept. By operating on a technological borders pushing base, there are many large corporations/organizations out there who want to acquire these new frontiers creating technology and wants to contribute to the development of it by being a part of the development of by being the first customer to benefit of these technology.
Smart PR/site based marketing cuts a mayor cost in both our organization and the to us connected companies. Traditional marketing is a heavy load to carry for any new terrains conquering organization.
Digital based, low staffed offices (with a very high internship share) cuts also a mayor (better said: the mayor) cost in our organization and the to us connected companies. Hiring someone is easy. But creating a heavy overhead is a contradictio in terminus for any business model. Overhead is like salt: very good, but need to be used with care.
