WHO The management of Indus Corporation Nederland is formed by Gijs Graafland and Paul R. Daemen.
Gijs Graafland (ex Economical Development Corporation) is CEO and is in charge of strategy: the directions and outlines. Gijs is good in making the business models of tomorrow with the new developments of today.
Paul Daemen (ex MediBizz) is CRO and is in charge of the realisation of these economical business directions and filing of these outlines. Paul is splendid in communication of policies and is not afraid of using power in the realizing of businesses or in treatment of to be addressed issues.
The position of the CFO is not filled in yet. We’re still searching for a solid, allergic for risks and yet inventive CFO. Meantime Gijs Graafland is doing the finance.
When Indus Corporation grows the way we expected, we will change to the US type of management structure with a Strategy Board (developing), a Support Board (controlling the Support Units), a Sectors Board (controlling the development of the economical concepts/business models), a Nationals Board (controlling National Units) and a Control Board (controlling realized businesses).
And off course we have an office team. The people who taking care of your phone calls and emails, who take care of any actual transaction, but also makes our office a good place to be, who also keep it clean and beautiful, till the guy who give you your espresso while you are waiting to meet someone.
